Job Description An analytics company is looking to add an experienced developer to their small but mighty team. Located in Greater Philadelphia, this company provides weather data to other companies so that these organizations are prepared for any climate that could impact their day-to-day business. One of their larger projects is to modernize their legacy platform written in Java. As a developer on this team, you will assist with the modernization project. They are seeking strong Java developers with experience in big data platforms as well as Spring framework, Microservices architecture and REST. Working with a growing platform means that you will have the opportunity to build upon your skills and experience using analytics, cloud services such as AWS and Kubernetes. The Mid Level Developer position is a hybrid remote fulltime role, offering a competitive salary and benefits as well as excellent company culture. Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of professional Java and Spring development
- Experience using Microservices and RESTful API's
- Experience with Big Data Platforms
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with CICD
