SAIC's Software Engineer will design software with the ability to re-use small-to-medium prototyping applications and algorithms to process data. Qualifications Mandatory Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience with Angular framework
  • Demonstrated experience with scripting languages, including Java, JavaScript, and/or any other back end languages
Optional Skills:
  • Demonstrated experience using IDE's, such as Eclipse or IntelliJ
  • Demonstrated experience with JIRA
  • Demonstrated experience with Spring and/or Spring Boot
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, translating, and/or modeling data sets in ElasticSearch
  • Demonstrated experience working in an AWS cloud environment, including deploying and maintaining applications
  • Demonstrated experience with Apache Nifi
  • Demonstrated experience with open-source natural language processing (NLP) software
  • Demonstrated experience with version control software, i.e. Git, Subversion, etc.
