Job DetailsKey Skills NeededC#RESTful APIsAWS LambdaAs a software engineer on our development team, you will:Build and maintain APIs from our Loan Engineering System to customers and partners.Extend and support the capabilities of our Loan Engineering System.Develop new, customer-facing and internal analytics tools.Work closely with other team members to implement best practices in software development.Your Technical Qualifications:Three to five years of hands-on development experience.Cloud development experience, specifically AWS.Experience with AWS Lambda, Glu, API Gateway.Experience with Athena and QuickSight a plus.Experience developing for MS SQL Server.C# and Python experience a plus.Agile, DevOps, and analytics experience desired.Bachelors is Computer Science or Engineering is preferred, but not required with adequate demonstrable experience.Personal Qualifications:Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.Ability to accurately and efficiently understand business needs/requirements across a wide variety of industries and then translate solutions to requirements into functional, well-designed software applications.Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members, external partners, and donors.Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability who is emotionally mature.Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.Interested in hearing more?
