- Interacts with multiple clients daily as part of a team providing outsourced IT support to multiple industries.
- Builds, maintains and improves on customer IT on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Maintaining accurate records of time spent maintaining and troubleshooting.
- Maintaining accurate records of client information, i.e., credentials, network changes, etc., of customers IT environment.
- Promoting Managed IT Services (MITS) offerings and capabilities.
- Advances opportunities that result in profitable revenue growth for NeoSystems.
- Demonstrating breadth and depth of knowledge in aligning NeoSystems capabilities to client s business and IT priorities and positioning relative to competitors.
- Focuses on client s key business challenges and drives to position himself/herself as a trusted advisor at the IT executive and business manager level.
- Mid-level knowledge of Windows Server 2012R2, 2016 and 2019 including but not limited to Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, IIS, etc.
- Experience configuring systems to meet the compliance requirements found in NIST 800-171, DFARS 7012 and/or CMMC.
- Experience with migrating Windows networks including but not limited to file servers, email, databases to Office 365, Azure or similar cloud-based solutions.
- Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft 365 products and services
- Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Azure
- Proficient with designing Windows networks to meet standards and client requirements.
- Experience providing outsourced IT support.
- Experience with remote monitoring and management tool sets (SolarWinds N-Able, SolarWinds N-Central, Altiris, Kaseya, etc.).
- Experience with helpdesk systems and PSA (ConnectWise, ViewIT, Remedy, ServiceNow)
- Experience with virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V).
- Experience with behavioral virus protection applications (Cylance, Sentinel One, Carbon Black, etc.).
- Data backup and disaster recovery design capabilities
- Proven troubleshooting abilities for complex issues
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required; must effectively communicate the scope of work and technical findings or recommendations to a non-technical audience; ability to produce readable, concise, and accurate written documentation required.
- Must have strong customer service orientation; be able to maintain a professional demeanor and work well under pressure to handle critical issues in timely manner.
- Must be able to isolate issues, define problems clearly and articulate solutions in a clear, concise, and consultative manner.
- Must be flexible and adaptable in diverse systems.
- Must be independent thinker and self-starter.
- Occasional travel inside the United States to visit customer locations may be required.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Due to customer compliance requirements all applicants must hold ship.
- Basic to intermediate skills required to administer routers and firewalls (SonicWall, Cisco or FortiNet).
- Proficiency with Exchange 2010, 2013 and 2016.
- Proficiency with SharePoint 2013, 2016 or 2019.
- Associates or bachelor s degree in I.T., Computer Science or related field
- 3-7 years of related field experience
- 2-4 years additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Security+
- Microsoft Certified Technology Associate (MTA)
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator (MCSA)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
