Genesys Cloud Engineer - Remote / Telecommute

We are looking for

• 8-10 years of experience with contact center technology and platforms (i.e. Amazon Connect, Genesys PureCloud, Cisco UCCE etc.) with a good understanding on modern cloud architectures and design.
• Implementation & Design experience of Contact Center technology & ability to interact with the client to understand business requirements which will be both functional and technical.
• Administration of Contact Center Platforms likes (Genesys, Cisco, Amazon Connect). IVR development, call flows, route points, Interactions, Agent endpoints, Queue & Skill management, Script changes, Campaign/ Application schedule as per business requirement etc.
• Strong knowledge on Omnichannel & Digital eServices (Email, Chat, SMS).
