Job DetailsResponsibilities/Requirements
  • Serves at the point of contact for the requirements of the software team
  • Serves as the point of contact for the registration, activation and downloading of software requirements
  • Develops, creates, monitors, and modifies general email accounts to assist customers with registering, downloading, and activating software applications
  • Burns software to media and uploads software to repository for future use
  • Ensures that personnel tasks are completed within established deadlines, tasking guidance from the Government is clear and unambiguous, and potential problems are pre-empted
  • Consults and coordinates with the appropriate customer for problem resolution, task scheduling, and new resource requirements and task clarification
  • Candidate must be able to monitor, troubleshoot and identify challenges for both non-technical and technical issues throughout the entire project and if necessary, implement appropriate technical modifications to ensure delivery of products/services to customers and/or stakeholders
  • Establishes and implements streamlined processes and procedures enabling the Contractor to rapidly respond to requirements of the customer
  • Consults with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements
  • Makes decisions that deal with the daily schedule and work to be accomplished with management oversight
  • PMs make decisions that deal with the daily schedule and work to be accomplished
  • Stays abreast of various software that is being requested
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph required
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Requires a minimum of three full years of experience specific to the skill and must be reflected
  • Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office product suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
  • Some PC repair/troubleshooting skills may be required
  • Effective time management skills
  • Some basic knowledge of Software Project Management procedures and policies specific to the area of assignment
  • Software activation and downloading experience
  • Ability to work ticket queues
  • Some basic knowledge of various Project Management databases and applications
  • Oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to routine questions in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to develop an internal network of professional working relationships within the work unit and with service partners' counterparts in other offices.
  • Effectively resolves routine problems
  • Ability to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities
  • Ability to use good judgment and personal initiative in recognizing appropriate action to be taken for completion of tasks
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of service delivery

  • Proficient in many facets of information technology requirements

  • Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Customer and Personal Service Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Administration and Management Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources
  • Judgment and Decision Making Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
  • Coordination Possess the ability to adjust project activities quickly and strategically in relation to internal/external team actions
  • Monitoring Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action
