Account Manager

Job Title: Account Manager Location: Exton, PA Fulltime Savantis helps companies improve their operational efficiency by providing IT staffing and delivering end-to-end solutions. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Staffing division. As an Account Manager you will develop and cultivate client contacts within selected established accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Manage and follow up on potential prospects and qualified leads
• Act as strategic advisor and provide / guide prospects strategic vision to drive them toward the Savantis consultant workforce solutions
• Execute on Savantis sales methodology, policies, and procedures
• Update and track all activities in the Savantis CRM tool
• Implement and utilize current social and digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities via social networking platforms

• Experience selling and managing client accounts
• Strong selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all involved parties
• Engages with a consultative sales approach
• Articulate with strong writing and presentation skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience with social and digital selling techniques
• Able to work under stress and handle multiple critical priorities
• Very strong work ethic with "can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out" attitude

• 2 5 years' experience selling IT staffing solutions/services preferred.
• Proven success in the SMB space
• Knowledge of the IT staffing industry preferred.
• Demonstrated quota achievement and over-achievement
• Experience working in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
