Senior Project Manager shall provide Information Technology Project Management consultant services for the completion of assigned projects within the portfolio of projects." The Senior Project Manager will work within the Enterprise Project Management Office division, understanding the organizational and the EPMO Project Portfolio Management goals and objectives." The Senior Project Manager L2 will report into EPMO Deputy Directors and manage organization project teams in support of the Pension Administration Systems Legacy Replacement Project (LRP). A five year transformational initiative." The Senior Project Manager L2 will follow the PMI PMBOK Project Management guidelines, concepts and the project management life cycle in all project initiatives.MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE" Minimum of 4 years of experience managing and overseeing medium to large scale projects comprised of sub projects and/or multiple works streams." Experience working with System Integration vendors in managing, coordinating and delegating project assignments with project stakeholders including employees and consultant project staff numbering a minimum of 10 personnel." The Senior Project Manager will provide Project support and assist in the successful delivery by coordinating multiple LRP work streams specific activities which could include but not be limited to, Deliverable management, Change management requests, document management, schedule management, and other planning activities as assigned." Acts as the focal point of contact regarding overall project status, monitoring and control. Including project change, scope, schedule, costs, quality, communications, risks, procurements and stakeholder management." Experience in a PMO Coordination/Support/Specialist role." Assist with the Communications Division for LRP messaging." Experience working with Deliverable and Change management. " Experience of supporting projects focused around Microsoft Office products, SharePoint, (on premise), Office 365 etc., Planview and Service now tickets." Assist Project Managers with planning activities as assigned." Sets up and maintains a tool for all Project / Program documentation." Supports the analysis of risks/issues while assisting in the Project change management process." Organization of meetings as assigned.DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:" Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)." Experience administering Project Management enabling systems and technology including; Planview PPM Pro, SharePoint, On Premise, O365." Pension Administration systems experience." Experience with a variety of project delivery methodologies (Agile, COTS, Iterative, Waterfall).
