Lead Product Designer San Francisco - Remote - Full-Time Job Description A series F mental health startup is looking to hire Lead Product Designers to help craft solutions across every step of the mental health journey. They work with industry leaders such as Uber, Amgen and other Fortune 500 companies to improve access to effective, high-quality mental health care for their employees and families. With a current user base of more than 2.2 million people, they have raised over $680 million in funding! As a lead product designer, you'll lead projects to successful outcomes for users and the business by approaching problems holistically and creating elegantly simple solutions to multi-faceted, complex problems. They're looking to fill positions across their Account Management, Search for Care and International areas, and you'll be joining a design team with 8 other designers. Required Skills & Experience - 8+ years of experience working on UX, HI, or HCI related field with experience working on mobile apps
- Experience implementing design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative software development environment.
- High proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Principle, etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio of UX-focused work samples for web and mobile applications.
Desired Skills & Experience - Double-sided marketplace experience.
- Consumer onboarding experience.
- Experience with internationalization.
