This is a full-time remote position and you're free to work from anywhere.Job DetailsWhat you will be doing:Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and available dataHelp to define a product vision and strategy with stakeholders and direct working teamsPartner with engineering, design, and product marketing to create a cross-functional and collaborative development process specific to the productCommunicate product priorities across the company, using evidence-based decision makingCreate metrics and goals around feature launches, measuring success post-launch and iteratingContinuously prioritize the needs of customers and internal stakeholders, and reassess as neededCommunicate reassessments as neededBe a passionate believer in the Umee product and have the ability to evangelize it internally and externallyMaintain a positive attitude, even in the face of adversityBe able to say No, and back it up with reasoningBe transparent in your roadmap and prioritizationDo what it takes to get the job done and motivate a teamWork closely with the leadership team on the product directionWe're looking for someone who has:10 years of product management experience with demonstrated successStrong product focused fundamentalsAbility to learn blockchain and DeFi products quicklyStrong experience with software delivery and taking a set of requirements towards full implementation with minimal guidanceAbility to multitask between several ongoing, big projectsStrong communication skills, including presentation skillsExperience with SQL/NoSQL, Github, blockchain programming languagesDepth of knowledge and implementation experienceNice to have:Passion about what decentralization technology can offer to humanityInsatiable curiosity of the industry; self-motivated to pursue researching every new idea that floats across the industryAbility to explain abstract technical concepts in an easy to understand mannerStrong technical backgroundWhat we offer:Apply for the opportunity to be part of building the future of the internet.
