Job DetailsWe're looking for a Senior Commissioning Engineer to join our Boston office. You will lead the development providing a broad range of commissioning services to both public and private clients. If you have a passion for commissioning, quality, energy efficiency, and problem-solving this is the place for you!Build/mentor a diverse commissioning teamContribute primarily to Commissioning, monitoring-based commissioning, retro-commissioning, energy efficiency retrofit, and demand response projects in the science, healthcare, higher education, transportation, and commercial sectorsCoordinate Lead teams providing commission services for MEP systems, lighting, facades, and control systems in both new and existing buildingsProvide measurement and verification servicesPerform in-house design reviews and make recommendations for improvementsContribute to and help develop regional standards for commissioning test sheets and forms, commissioning specifications and practices, Monitoring Based Commissioning analytics and rule sets to assess the completion and performance of commissioned systemsBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering, or equivalent professional experience8+ years of HVAC and controls experience in construction, energy evaluation, and commissioningIndustry recognized commissioning certification (BCA or CCP)Understanding and experience with the practice of Commissioning and Controls Systems Proficiency and understanding of continuous commissioning and energy management software platforms, ability to identify and create analytics rules and processes to assess system performance.Understanding of complex systems integration procedures and platforms. Ability to forensically evaluate energy-consuming systems and detect and evaluate deficiencies.Massachusetts Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferredLEED AP is preferredInterested in hearing more?
