Scrum Master

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is has an Enterprise client that is looking for a Scrum Master to add to their team.Responsibilities: Scrum Master will serve as a Trusted Advisor for inter agile team and external stakeholders Strive for adoption of identified best practices to push the maturity and stability of the agile team Meet organizational KPIs to promote outward exposure of team challenges and achievements Identify opportunities to streamline communication process between the agile team and the value stream Scrum Master will drive the agile team to meet committed work for each defined period while promoting and supporting effective agile practices Proactively removes impediments to team agility and guides the team(s) on methods to escalate when needed to prevent challenges from becoming blockers Scrum Master coaches scrum team(s) to deliver capabilities using agile practices while also following the Software Development Lifecycle, business process mapping, and various release processes as appropriate to ensure all risk, security, and development requirements are met Champion cross utilization across the agile team to increase team satisfaction and team member growth Scrum Master will own Scrum Agile events through effective facilitation and accountabilityREQUIREMENTS: 2+ years ofexperience working as a Scrum Master Experience with Agile based requirements management - process & tools Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
