Job Description A Fortune 500 that's leading the industry in manufacturing distribution is looking to add a Security Architect to their Information Security team in Chicago. Their technology solutions and customer service help run operations and keep people safe. They look for passionate engineers who can continue moving the company forward. The right individual will be comfortable being the most senior SME within the Information Security discipline. Must be proficient in evaluating security strengths and weakness, have heavy experience in API's, and DevSecOps understanding. If you want to grow as a Security Architect and continue to have ownership of your work, this is the perfect spot! Flexible but must be Illinois resident. Required Skills & Experience

  • 9+ years of IT security experience
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Industry certifications (i.e. CISSP, CCSP, CISSP / CCSK
  • Cloud Security expertise - AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
  • Understanding container (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Cloud formation
  • Vulnerability management (DAST, SAST)
  • NIST, ISO27001
  • Scripting in Python
What You Will Be Doing Security Architect responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
  • Primarily focused in the DevSecOps space and related technologies
  • Evaluate strengths and weaknesses and aligning risk appetite, business requirements and security control objectives.
  • End-to-end expertise in the security of hardening of technologies

The Offer
  • Competitive Salary: Up to $150,000-200,00/year, DOE with 20% bonus SNU's
