A rapidly growing tech-focused company is hiring an IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee their large and enterprise customer agreements. This is a hands-off, supervisory position, but will need prior experience with being hands-on with IT (Windows Servers, Networking, etc.) as well as with establishing contracts within the scope of work. The main responsibilities of the role are to engage with customers and outline components of the service and provisions. This Manager will be reporting into the Infrastructure Director and is a high-level position for the company. This is not a hands-on or an IT Operations Manager position and should have prior experience working on the business end of Infrastructure Service Providers. Prior years of experience in this role are required as this is a fast-paced and forward-moving environment. This is an excellent role for someone looking to expand into Management and has a continued interest in the business side of infrastructure services, as well as passionate about customer engagement. - Several Years' Experience Managing IT Contracts
- Technology/Infrastructure Background
- Excellent Communication (Oral and Written)
- Ability to Travel to Philadelphia Area Clients
- Prior Experience with Customer Engagement
- Experience with Statements of Work in Regard to IT
- Prior Leadership Experience
- BS in Tech-Related Field
- Up to Date Certifications
