Description Job Description:Leidos was recently awarded the Military and Family Life Counseling (MFLC) Program. We provide non-medical counseling services to active-duty service members and their families. We are looking for the right technical resource to support our counseling staff in such an important mission. The program is based in the western United States as well as some western international locations. The Technical Specialist will provide technical expertise and support for Apple products utilized on the MFLC Contract. As a Technical Specialist, you provide remote support to counselors who require the use of iPhones and iPads to do their jobs. The position will primarily assist in device setup, device redeployment and troubleshooting device issues. You will be required to respond to requests from non-technical users and must have the ability to identify the specific technical issues and problem solve with little oversight or direction. You will be expected to implement and document process improvement, develop best practices and provide technical input for user guides. You will routinely collaborate with the Leidos help desk, mobility team and MFLC system support team. You will also be expected to master all aspects of the MFLC Toolkit as this is intertwined with device setup and operations. Position is fulltime remote support.Required Skills:BS Degree and 2 plus years of experience.
