Sr. Product Manager

A software company within the On Demand fitness sector is currently looking to add a Sr. Product Manager in Commerce. This company offers its users a way to workout online wherever they are as well as custom nutrition options. In this role the candidate would be the guide for the eCommerce platforms for all users and fitness coaches by developing products and feature that increase revenue and engagement. Required Skills & Experience • 6-8 years of experience • Bachelor' Degree from a 4-year accredited college or university in a related field or equivalent experience/training • Solving problems, defining business rules, and working with stakeholders • Drive to work in online commerce and customer experience • Self-driven individual who finds new opportunities, develop strategies for growth and move projects forward • Detail-oriented and organizational skills • Problem solving skills • Recall details, apply them to new problems, and see things on a macro and micro level • Strong written and verbal skills to be able to facilitate conversations with senior management, peer, team member, and cross functional teams • AB split testing and web analytics experience • Proficient with Agile Scrum and Atlassian JIRA Desired Skills &Experience • Consulting experience What You Will Be Doing • Building premium tier across all On Demand platform The Offer • Competitive Pay: $75/hr You will receive the following benefits • Medical Insurance and Health Savings Account (HSA) • 401(k) • Paid Sick Time Leave • Pre-tax Commuter Benefit Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.
