Job Title: Oracle EBS Financials Functional AnalystDuration: Fulltime/Direct hireLocation: Dayton, OhioSalary: TBD Summary:Client is looking for an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Analyst to be the focal point for support of Oracle EBS Financials business processes. Key activities for this role will include business process refinement, solution design, configuring EBS modules, testing, and end user support for key Finance modules in Client's global Oracle environment. This position will be accountable for the effectiveness and health of Oracle EBS finance modules. The ideal candidate will support existing processes, identify opportunities to improve business processes and be the Oracle Finance IT point of contact for our global business users. Top candidates will have experience with the most recent version of EBS (EBS 12.0). Responsibilities:Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Consolidations team members and leaders.Maintain the health and effectiveness of the Oracle platform over timeTake ownership of issues and work with business users and the development team to find resolutionsProvide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting including table level SQL research queriesDrive open and comprehensive communications with key stakeholders, managing their expectations through clear and frequent communicationsMaintain and modify configuration, security, and access of Oracle modulesCreate and maintain application and process documentation, as well as training materialsGuide and lead testing activities from unit testing to Production validation Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience with Oracle R12 Financials modules, including GL, XLA, AP, AR, FA, EBTax, iExpense, iProcurement, Pl/SQLExperience with the below modules will be considered a plus,Inventory, Purchasing, OM, Service Contracts, Installed BaseExperience with the following tools is a plus, Web ADI, Hyperion, Vertex, RevproExperience with NetSuite Finance and Fusion Cloud Finance is a plusStrong, clear, and concise verbal and written communication skillsA consistently positive outlook and an ability to drive changeAn ability to work independentlyDisplay strong ethics, professionalism and judgementExperience working with globally distributed business, functional, and technical teamsStrong organizational, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills About BCforward:BCforward began as an IT business solutions and staffing firm.
