Job Description An automation enterprise software company is seeking a lead DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. This SaaS company helps contact centers transform their operations through automation by reducing time, effort, and cost of complex CRM, telephony, and data and workflow integrations with their platform. The goal is to fully automate and improve customer service and as a lead member of the team, you will do so by being heavily involved in the infrastructure and business side of the operation. Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ Years Experience in DevOps/Infrastructure
- Strong with AWS and tools like EC2, Lambda, elb, elastic beanstalk
- Experience working in a .NET stack
- Experience coding in C# and Node.JS/Java
- Strong using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
- Previously in a leadership role
- 100% Cloud-based
