REMOTE through January 2022We're looking for a talented Agile Coach to support our client in Reston. You will lead teams in the adoption of Agile processes to drive business value and increase delivery sprints.We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. Responsibilities of the Agile Coach: - Drive Agile transformation across the organization
- Support Scrum and Kanban adoption at the team level
- Guide teams into a more Agile approach
- Help teams prioritize tasks to improve KPIs
- Help roll out training modules
Requirements of the Agile Coach: - At least 5 years of experience
- Experience as an Agile Coach at both a team level and enterprise level
- SPC preferred, Scaled Agile (SAFe), and regular Scrum certifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration skills
- Ability to interact across all layers of the organization
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
