Infrastructure Administrator II

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for an Infrastructure Administrator II to work for one of our clients in Jacksonville, FL. This person can work remotely but some light travel to Jacksonville, FL is required. The Infrastructure Administrator II will serve as the messaging expert for the Endpoint and Collaboration Operations Team by: identifying performance problems and malfunctions, addressing systems and equipment problems, performing hardware checks using the necessary testing tools and maintaining hardware. The Infrastructure Administrator II will be responsible for ensuring that the support and management of large scale messaging and collaboration environments and tools are maintained to the highest standard with maximum levels of productivity and efficiency.REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of hands on experience in Infrastructure Administration of on-premise/virtualized solutions Experience in management and migration of Microsoft Exchange environments, O365 and One Drive administration Extensive O365 experience Advanced desktop support (tier 2) Troubleshooting Active Directory Troubleshooting in the cloud (Azure) PowerShell scripting and identity management Superb customer service skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
