Description The Senior Director of eCommerce will be responsible for leading the DTC customer lifecycle strategy for their growing team. Strategy and Growth Lead the eCommerce P&L, driving to achieve top-line and bottom-line results by overseeing sales, budgets, and expenses to maximize ROI Manage daily eCommerce sales calendar and monthly sales forecasting Develop annual DTC sales goals and forecast Analyze key business metrics to evaluate and constantly improve website performance and digital marketing campaign ROI Lead and direct a portfolio of vendor-partners inclusive of ecommerce engineering/development, SEO, ecommerce (Shopify), digital marketing, and various other outside experts Website Management Build seasonal eCommerce strategy and roadmap that aligns with brands overall business objectives, goals, and overall company growth Optimize conversion rate through a Mobile-First methodology and proven best practices, including continuous A/B Testing, Heat mapping & Customer Feedback/Survey Manage site maintenance plan, budget, and priorities Drive website SEO through implementing best practices and initiatives to optimize Organic traffic Lead in the research of website industry trends, benchmarking & best practices, and identifying opportunities to make improvements that impact sales and push the business forward Promote and execute best online user experience methodologies and visual merchandising strategies that drive engagement and conversion, repeat purchases Initiate strategic website enhancements/upgrades with business systems and workflow that will improve process and efficiency Partner with Inventory Planning to maintain appropriate sell-through and merchandising of limited life items and forecasting of new product launches Manage all 3rd party integrations and apps connected to the website platform The ideal candidate will have prior DTC brand building experience within a SUBSCRIPTION setting. Shopify a plus. Analytical, strategic, and creative, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and overseeing multiple projects at once. You are curious, with an inquisitive and entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent project management skills, a strong problem solver with clear attention to detail, you want to be at the forefront of pioneering acquisition and growth You understand how to translate a brand vision to the online channel Strong skills in strategy, planning, budget, P/L management, and marketing. Proven leadership and team management skills derived from having direct responsibility for building and managing a cohesive, high-performance team Subscription experience is a plus A strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally Recognized track record 6 + years of online experience. 4+ years of managerial experience. Shopify experience is a plus. BA/BS required This DTC Brand is disrupting the health and wellness space with a unique traditional retail, service, and eCommerce model.
