Organizational change lead experience mandatory BPO/SSC experience- mandatory Automotive industry acumen nice to have English mandatory Spanish mandatory Role Business Change Wave Lead Overview The Business Change Wave Lead is a critical role accountable for leading and delivering the change elements required for a successful regional roll-out for a finance business process outsourcing project already underway, as part of an organisation-wide Finance Transformation Initiative. In this dynamic and varied role, you will be taking accountability for one of the regional change roll-outs by understanding and driving the change management activities, engaging key senior stakeholders, managing project communications, conducting detailed change impact assessments and developing and executing the change and communication plans. This role reports to the Global Change Lead, and will follow the global change plan and approach. They will work closely with the global change team to deliver a consistent change experience, taking into account local nuances and culture. Key responsibilities Delivery of change plan and reporting:
- Working closely with the global change and transition teams, manage and execute the regional change plan
- Attend relevant governance meetings and report on, and present change management activities and progress
- Manage local risks and issues and escalate as needed
- Engage with the regional Programme Manager and Transition Lead to ensure planning is aligned
- Identify, maintain and engage local stakeholder groups (e.g. key stakeholders and suppliers)
- Work with the regional Business Lead(s) and client Change Lead to manage activities locally
- Create and manage the local change network if applicable
- Identify the key regional communication channels, and execute the regional communications plan in alignment with the global communication plans
- Adapt communication artefacts to meet local needs, and arrange translation communications for local use, if required
- Work with the local team to disseminate the key communications in alignment with the global communications plan
- Identify issues, make recommendations and create locally needed communications as needed
- Update FAQs and QRGs for local use; create additional Q&A as needed
- Engage with local teams to solicit feedback and manage concerns or issues
- Work with transition teams and SMEs to understand and document the business change impacts
- Validate change impacts with the business leads and sponsors, and create local change plans
- Drive change actions to deliver successful outcomes
- Support local team in managing transition activities (e.g. review invitations, identify any issues to ensure queries are addressed)
- Team player with the ability to build relationships, gain trust and support and encourage collaboration
- Self-starter; good at prioritising own workload (internal and external); well organised and structured
- Able to adapt style and approach to ensure success, excellent influencing and communication skills to manage effective stakeholder relationships
- Able to synthesise and analyse ambiguous information and present effectively
- Demonstrate ability to use own initiative to address challenges
