RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce is looking for a Project Manager/Scrum Master in Overland Park, KS. The Project Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for delivering thorough, high quality, completed work products utilizing project management best practice tools and methodologies with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.Day to Day Responsibilities: Project Manager/Scrum Master will manage cross-functional strategic projects (major and minor initiatives) of high complexity and visibility within the organization Manage (plan, monitor, control and report) multiple business-wide projects with a focus on milestones/deadlines, deliverables, resources, and stakeholder relationships, across multiple departments, clients and third parties/vendors Project Manager/Scrum Master will assemble project plans and cross-functional teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional/quality/timeline issues appropriately Provide transparent, accessible schedules for project monitoring Manage quality control of deliverables, testing, documentation and approval Strong status reporting, management of expectations and timely feedback Project Manager/Scrum Master will identify opportunities to increase efficiency, ROI and customer experience by pushing on the status quo Successfully manage relationships and deliver communications to ensure seamless project rollout across the organization Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily standup, retrospective and sprint planning Project Manager/Scrum Master will triage, scheduling, and management of features, backlog, and work requestsREQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience in project management in the IT sector and/or marketing departments, preferably in web development Experience as a Scrum Master Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with senior management as well as business and IT subject matter experts Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, organizational and prioritization skills Experience with project management/capacity planning tools Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
