Responsibilities: Under the direction of the UAT Team Lead, the UAT Testing Analyst executes comprehensive functional and regression test plans in support of global system changes. Supports testing for all projects and required changes impacting systems from beginning to end including but not limited to: 1) participation in the development of business requirements; 2) analyzing requirements to determine testing scope; 3) development of extensive testing scenarios through comprehensive analysis of all components impacting claims payment including providers, agreements, members, etc. ; 4) creation of test approach documentation including scripts; 5) successful execution of test cases with thorough analysis of the results to validate correctness of system modifications; 6) identification, documentation, and tracking of all defects; 7) collaboration with development teams to resolve problems and recommend solutions when needed. This position will represent UAT in meetings with stakeholders as required. Must be able to manage multiple cases/projects for multiple LOBs. Must meet established standard levels of agreement (SLA's) for productivity and quality standards and complete reports as required.

Education/Experience:
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years FACETS Systems experience or systems testing in a healthcare setting required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required. Strong analytical and research skills required.
