Creative Sourcing Specialist

Our client, a global entertainment and media company, is looking for a Creative Sourcing Specialist to join their team in Universal City! This role will be remote, but candidates must be local. This is a 1 year contract with extension potential The Creative Sourcing Specialist will act as a resource to the Talent Acquisition team and help assess as well as be part of solving pipeline gaps by building a strong talent pipeline. They will work alongside the Market Managers, Producers, and Editors in their search for media focused candidates to fill their roles as well as assist in the design and roll out of recruitment sourcing initiatives. Responsibilities

• Act as a resource to the Talent Acquisition team
• Assess and evolve the current talent pipeline
• Expand the current media focused pipeline
• Contribute to the design and roll out of recruitment sourcing initiatives
• Work to continually expand and diversify the media focused talent pool

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years' experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, or HR Talent Acquisition
• Ability to generate a high volume of high quality, media focused candidates
• Capacity to engage future candidates and generate referrals

• Competitive Pay: Up to $40/hour, DOE
• Contract Duration: 1 year with potential extension
