a global audio streaming and media services provider, is actively looking for an

Account Manager to join their Account Management and Sales team in

Chicago! This role is remote to start however only local candidates will be considered.

This is an initial 6 month contract with a high possibility for conversion Sell what you love. For this company and their millions of users across the globe, that's their audio streaming service and associated products. Join this company's sales team and focus on building the relationships that help grow their business in existing markets and beyond. They don't just sell creative solutions to clients and partners, they help to shape them; using expert knowledge of ad products, sales channels, and the industry to impact the way the world experiences music and podcasts.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the sales cycle from RFP submission to wrap, with a focus on providing consultative client service. This will include strategic planning, consultative selling, project management and data led storytelling. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music! Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class customer service to advertiser and agency partners
  • Field client questions throughout the sales cycle across all buying channels
  • Own the RFP response and media plan processes across all buying channels
  • Prepare key data points for client meetings and media plan recommendations
  • Regularly participate in client meetings to deepen client relationships
  • Spearhead the campaign activation processes and creative production processes
  • Provide ongoing, comprehensive campaign insights and learnings to client
  • Lead brand measurement initiatives and present findings to clients
  • Proactively identify and close incremental and renewal opportunities
  • Own the post-campaign analysis with learnings and recommendations to drive repeat business
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, or Business
  • 4+ years of experience in digital media, planning, and/or buying
  • Strong reputation of providing world class customer service
  • Ability to craft impactful sales rationale stories by using data and research
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, with ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong experience in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Exposure working in CRMs, OMSs, ad servers and other digital media tech systems

  • Competitive Pay: Up to $50/hour, DOE
  • Contract Duration: 6 month contract with the opportunity to convert
