We currently have a remote oppo r tunity for an HR Compensation Project Manager to lead an Oracle ERP go-live. Requirements:

  • Complete implementation readiness activities to ensure the team completes UAT successfully and is ready for implementation.
  • Manage/complete readiness activities.
  • Lead processes, training, cutover planning, support planning, etc.
  • Manage/complete cutover and stabilization planning and execution activities.
Skills/Experience:
  • Strong complex Project Leadership
  • Some understanding of human capital management
  • Familiarity with ERP programs or large system implementations
  • Strong preference for cutover experience
  • Must have HR or Healthcare, both would be ideal
