We currently have a remote oppo r tunity for an HR Compensation Project Manager to lead an Oracle ERP go-live. Requirements:
- Complete implementation readiness activities to ensure the team completes UAT successfully and is ready for implementation.
- Manage/complete readiness activities.
- Lead processes, training, cutover planning, support planning, etc.
- Manage/complete cutover and stabilization planning and execution activities.
- Strong complex Project Leadership
- Some understanding of human capital management
- Familiarity with ERP programs or large system implementations
- Strong preference for cutover experience
- Must have HR or Healthcare, both would be ideal
