Help Desk Analyst I

Located in Bettendorf, Iowa, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long-term contract / temporary to hire role.How you will make an impact- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally- Provide service on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issuesNo C2C Requirements - Experience with IT support ticketing systems- Customer service experience required- Strong familiarity with Basic Network Troubleshooting- Phone Etiquette experience- Proven knowledge of Professional Phone Etiquette- Basic Troubleshooting experience preferred- Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service- Familiarity with basic networking concepts- Practical knowledge in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Background in user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
