Front of House Bakery Barista

miFLAVOUR is looking for full time or part time barista for our Café. miFLAVOUR focuses on providing exceptional coffee, desserts, and customer service. We are looking for a passionate individual that can grow with our company.

You will be responsible for:

- Outstanding customer service

- Handcrafting incredible coffee drinks

- Learning the quality expectations and flavor profiles of all of our menu items and ensuring that standards are met and exceeded

- Building relationships with our customers and the miFLAVOUR team. Creating a positive and respectful work environment

- Working with the team to keep the cafe organized, sparkling clean and a fun place to be.

We would love to see that you have:

-At least 6 months experience in a similar position

-Demonstrated leadership qualities (for those interested in growing within the company)

-A flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. most days.

-Basic to extensive coffee knowledge

- Demonstrated commitment to high-standards and an eye for fine detail

- A people-friendly, team-oriented, and cheerful disposition

- Ability to work standing for long periods of time

Starting wage is $14.00 + tips.
