Light Maintenance Position 1099

Apartment community is looking for reliable 1099 contractor who can turn units, complete work orders and help take care of the property grounds as necessary. Looking for an honest, dependable person who can work independently. Someone who is a hard worker and a good team player.

Tasks will include but are not limited to trashing out units, moving furniture, patching drywall, painting, changing plumbing fixtures, installing smoke detectors, putting up blinds and light fixtures, changing locks, and other tasks as requested by the owner or manager. Must check work orders each day or hold daily phone conversation with manager. Must be able to write legibly and complete work orders. Some evenings and weekend work is required as needed.

Must be physically fit and able to do the tasks the job requires. Must have your own transportation some basic tools. Must be able to meet quality of work standards, turn time goals, and work order response time standards. Must use Covid-19 social distancing controls and use of PPE if working in occupied units. Must sign agreement and provide social security number and drivers license for background check.
