Seldin Company is seeking a Senior Community Business Manager at Crossroads, Camelot, and Hotel President apartment communities in Waterloo, IA. These are Hud/TC properties with 332 units and will pay $55,000 annually.

What You Will Do:

The Senior Community Business Manager will serve as the supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor operations, profitability, quality service, marketing and resident relations of several properties, while maintaining the company investment. Utilize management skills to train, motivate & empower our associates to reach their goals and those of our property.
