Data entry and computer work

Interaction with truck drivers

Answering phones and customer service skills

Provide instruction and directions to carriers

Pull manifests and B.O.L. from printer: organize for completed loads

Assign seals on full trucks; verify envelop to trade to ensure match

Communicate and exchange info effectively between traffic and accounting

Inbound inspection

Weigh inbound trailers and categorize accordingly

Clean/maintain scale house - presentable

Required skills:Attention to detail

Computer knowledge

10 key a plus

Able to communicate verbally and in written form in English

Able to work all 3 shifts as needed

Education Requirements (if applicable)High school diploma or equivalent

College experience preferred
