Seeking HVAC Foreman & Leadman: Multifamily and Apartments

We are seeking experienced HVAC Foreman and Lead Men for projects that are breaking ground and also projects in progress - all located within the Phoenix metro area. Specifically, if you have experience as an HVAC foreman for apartments, assisted living and other multifamily NEW CONSTRUCTION, that is a definite plus (especially several years of experience as foreman)

Please have experience in the following areas:

-Running a crew ranging in size from 6-18 installers

-Manage material orders, deliveries and installation

-Effectively communicate with our field superintendent and project manager, as well as general contractor's field superintendent and field personnel

-Experience in ALL AREAS of quality HVAC installation, including but not limited to dryer/exhaust venting, line set assembly and installation, sheet metal and flexible duct installation, condensate drain installation, ceiling radiation, fire and fire/smoke damper installation, split system testing/charging and startup

Multifamily construction is fast paced and requires a Foreman who can maintain the schedule.
