- Utilizing software and manual calculations to design commercial building structures per industry standards.
- Report and data analysis for plan development.
- Providing construction cost estimates and economic evaluations of multiple structural systems.
- Produce construction drawings utilizing both AutoCAD and Revit platforms.
- Provide on-site construction inspections.
- PE is required (Does not have to be a North Dakota PE)
- 6+ years of experience within Structural Engineering (Emphasis on Buildings)
- Strong technical abilities
- Must be able to apply good engineering judgement to their designs so as to not over-build
- Professional with solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with different Architects and come up with creative solutions to unforeseen problems that may arise
- Motivated/Driven - The person that is hired for this position will be building the Structural Division from the ground up. Company already has work in place. As the division grows, so will your incentives
