Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: Top SecretJob Family: Software DevelopmentGDIT is seeking an ITSM Manager to help support an exciting new Cloud Service Offering contract, Defense Enterprise Office Solutions (DEOS). Although this position allows for some remote work, the employee will be required to report onsite several days a week in Fort Meade, MD.NOTE: This position is contingent upon contract funding and tasking.The ITSM Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to: Service Management End-User Services Understanding of ITSM Processes and Cross Functional Services Ability to establish and manage operational cadence, governance and reporting Service Management End User Services Responsible for day-to-day project execution Project level Risk Management, Schedule Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Quality Management, Resource Management & Effective Communication Be the point of contact for any escalations and critical Technical assistanceRequired Qualifications :ActiveDoDTop Secret clearance with SCI eligibility OR the ability to obtain and maintain an SCI clearance

CompTIA Security+ or similar for IAT Level II DoD 8570 certification

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent field

10+years ofITSMexperience(additional experience / certifications may be considered in place of education)

3+ yearsof Cloud Service experience

Expertise Planning, Designing and Executing an Enterprise ITSM Cloud Service Offering Solution

Expertise inCloud service deliverynetworkmodels

Experience with MS Office 365 deployment and migration

Experience with managed service delivery models

Experience with hybrid and cloud service delivery models

Ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Ability to motivate teams to perform exceptionally over long stretches of time and in challenging situations

Able to report onsite as indicated above

Desired Qualifications :ActiveDoD TS/SCI clearance

AdvancedITIL v4,Azure, Office 365or equivalent certification
