  • This role will have the primary responsibility of developing the vision, goals, strategies, and tactics to drive step-change adoption of and engagement with new CRM solutions to deliver long-term value.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver CRM solutions on time, as well as champion the best possible user experience for the users.
  • Provide technical services and assistance in implementing CRM components and the integration with other Enterprise systems
  • Partner with business and IT leaders throughout the organization to assist them on their CRM journey and business growth.
  • Partner with IT solution delivery and outside vendors to deliver services, technology and platforms to the business.
  • Review new technologies and trends to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital platforms.
  • Strong understanding of technical constraints and specifications for designing mobile enabled experiences
  • Strong functional expertise in Salesforce.com platform is needed. Hands on experience is a huge plus
  • Strong project management and excellent communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze requirements and propose system and process based solutions.
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical levels of the organization is a must.
  • Ability to meet aggressive deadlines for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile delivery experience and experience with leading Agile transformations is a huge plus.
  • Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
  • Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
  • Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
  • Communicates and translates vision/strategy to staff.
  • Responsible for executing on functional and business goals for the group.
  • Addresses problems across functional areas of the business.
  • Influences individuals within and outside the IT department.
  • Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.
  • Prepares and presents reports to all levels of leadership and staff.

  • 13+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 3-6 years experience working with the Salesforce platform preferred
  • 6-9 years leadership experience
  • Undergraduate degree and 13+ years relevant experience, or Graduate degree and 10-12 years relevant experience.
