Leads will also store goods in appropriate areas (FIFO), inspect deliveries for quality and send back items that are not up to the restaurant’s standards, fills orders as requested, input monthly inventory counts and maintain organization/cleanliness of receiving areas. Warehouse Leads are responsible for maintaining and reporting the restaurant’s par levels set by the GM and ordering according to those par levels.Competencies:To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:Attention to Detail- Demonstrates organization and cleanliness

Agility- Understanding that a Team Lead may be required to help with several aspects of the business outside the realm of the warehouse.

Avero- Leads are to become proficient in Avero data tracking for the most accurate ordering.

Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent—required

English Proficiency—required

Able to lift 50lbs—required

Able to stand for long periods of time—required

Willing to work holiday and weekends as required –required

Understand Safety guidelines – required

Background check required - job offer is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal records check.

Some experience in food and beverage or guest service—preferred

Knowledge of Breckenridge resort—preferred

The budgeted range starts at $18.25. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.The perks include a free ski pass, and a set of benefits includingMedical, Dental, Vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan
