Maintenance Position Available for Apartment Complex

General skills required including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and HVAC licensed preferred. Able to work alone, be able to do make readies, and be courteous to tenants, must have driver’s license or need not respond, experience preferred. Maintenance technicians must have good analytical skills to troubleshoot problems and solve the problems.
