POSITION SUMMARY:
Employee will work 24 hours per week from the Centralia Center Senior Dining Site in Wisconsin Rapids. Employee will transport pans of food from caterer to Senior Dining locations, oversee all operations related to Senior Dining, including providing oversight of serving meals, recruitment, training, and scheduling of volunteers. This position may occasionally fill in at other senior dining sites as needed. Employee will work closely with agency partners, co-workers, volunteers, and the public, requiring effective communication skills.
Hours of work: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. with an additional 1-2 hours on Tues, Wed, and Thurs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduation or equivalent and prior leadership or supervisory background preferred. Experience in food service desirable. Serving Safe Food Training will be provided. Must have a driver's license and a driving record that meets County standards.
COMPENSATION:
Starting hourly salary: $13.45 - $15.47
