- Experience in the design, development, testing and integration of high complex software solutions leveraging change management processes
- 5+ years of experience with Unibasic, Pick Basic
- 5+ years of experience with Unidata/Universe Database, SQL/PL SQL/Uniqueries
- 3+ years of experience with Unit, System, Integration and UI testing.
- Exposure to development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
- Exposure to host applications on Linux servers

- Experience providing technical leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members within a product space.
- Solid Understanding of design patterns and loosely coupled architectures
