Summary of Role\: The role is a Process Integration Engineer for FEOL and Interconnect (CA) levels located in Essex Junction, VT. Specifically, this individual will have responsibility for ensuring the unit operations are integrated together to meet customer requirements and GLOBALFOUNDRIES business objectives for yield, manufacturability, profit margin, etc. Essential Responsibilities include\:
- Monitor and manage daily in-line controls for defectivity and physical dimensions
- Drive improvement projects to optimize current processes for line yield, customer yield, capability, process cost and productivity
- Manage quality deviations according to existing business processes
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs
- Lead/collaborate on structured problem solving
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
- Bachelor Science Degree in Chemical, Electrical, Materials Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor industry
- Less than 5% - 10% travel required
- English language (Written & Verbal), presentation skills
- Occasional weekend or off-shift support may be required
- Advanced Degree in an Engineering Discipline preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation skills preferred
- 1 or more Module Engineering rotations or prior Process Integration experience preferred
