Automotive Technician

I am looking to hire an automotive technician that must know how to perform most general automotive repairs. Plus he must know how to install engines and transmissions. He needs to be able to perform no start and drivability diagnostics. Ineed you to know how to do timing belts, timing chains, head gaskets intake manifold gaskets and electrical. Pay depends on experience and is on a flat rate basis only not hourly. Starting at $15/hr up to $30/hr. Ineed someone that is hungry and wants to make some money because we have alot of work.
