We are an innovative computer consulting and information technology outsourcing company based in San Jose, California, with offices nationwide. We are seeking a remote Billing and Payroll Administrator who will positively contribute to the accounting/operations departments.
Job Details:
Billing and Payroll Administrator - Full Time telecommuting position with benefits
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Customer billing/invoice processing: via ConnectWise. Manage refunds and credit memos. Research and resolve billing disputes with customers.
Customer payments: with the use of ConnectBooster software to perform key job functions.
Monthly multi-state payroll and commissions processing: using Intuit QuickBooks payroll service. Ability and willingness to work the 1st through 6th of each month for payroll processing is required.
Customer Service: Manage first line customer service complaints, issues and billing disputes. Establish customer care standards and follow-up on a variety of system generated customer alerts.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a rapidly growing services organization.
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, with emphasis on Excel expertise).
Minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on working experience with ConnectWise.
Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities in a demanding environment.
Must have a suitable work environment for a home office that provides a productive and undistracted work area.
Experience within the IT services industry strongly preferred.
