Currently, we are seeking experienced customer service-minded call center agents to conduct patient surveys. Ideal candidates are engaging, friendly, and comfortable starting a conversation while staying true to the script.

The nature of the call is to conduct patients surveys to those who have recently visited a medical center or hospital. (NO SALES, NO LEAD GENERATION!)

We do require and certify that all agents have a Windows 10 PC or Laptop, USB headset, and a hardwired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS. Sorry, we do not support Macs, wireless internet, satellite, or hot spots of any kind.
