Maintenance Technician - Des Moines, P/T, long-term steady income

We are Creative Outdoor Advertising, an advertising firm doing business across US and Canada since 1983. We advertise on street furniture like benches, bus shelters and recycling bins that you have probably seen in your neighborhood.

We are looking for a handy and reliable person who enjoys working outdoors to maintain street furniture sites in the Des Moines, IA area.

Job Duties:

· perform site visits and take photos of the site

· sign installations

· general maintenance and upkeep of the furniture

Experience: Contractors, construction, grounds keeping, landscaping, general labor, property manager, maintenance technician, would all be suitable backgrounds for this role.

You need:

· A valid driver’s license

· A truck (or large SUV or van)

· Enjoy working outdoors

· Have power tools (and know how to use them)

Pay information: Base $225.00 a month with opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests. This is a part-time (5 hours per month) long-term opportunity with training provided throughout. This is the perfect job for someone who is looking for a steady income boost and low hours.
