Maintenance Manager

MAINTENANCE MANAGER- ELECTRICAL AND PLC

DIRECT HIRE: 1ST SHIFT

SALARY: $75,000-$85,000/YEAR

Job Duties:

Coordinates with production regarding the addition, replacement and maintenance of current equipment/machinery

Schedules maintenance department work-flow; assigning projects to appropriate maintenance staff

Contacts contractors, vendors, and suppliers, coordinating installations or repairs in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Maintains communications with the Plant Superintendent, the maintenance department, and plant management

Troubleshoots repairs/breakdowns of all equipment/machinery

Directs and assists repairs performed internally in a timely, effective manner

Maintain and record a preventive maintenance program for plant machinery and equipment

Education:

Associates Degree or Bachelor of Arts Degree in mechanics, engineering, or electrical field preferred

Experience:

Three years experience in a food processing environment, preferred

Five years equipment maintenance experience in areas such as agriculture, production, or manufacturing required

Three years supervisory experience preferred

Strong electrical and PLC knowledge
