Job Title: Winter 2021/2022: Guest Services AgentJob Status: SeasonalCompensation and Benefits: Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $15.00 to $15.50+, actualpay will be adjusted based on experience. Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass foremployees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Severaldiscount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets,etc.) also available.Job Summary:The Guest Services Agent role is a part of the Guest Services Department andis responsible for the delivery of the highest quality customer service andsales in Copper Mountain's Guest Services locations.You will be working within a small, dynamic team and wil l be expected to beproficient in the Guest Services areas of our business.Integrity of the highest order is required and you are incorruptible,abiding by Copper's privacy policy as well as protecting the business bymaintaining the pricing structure even in the face of pressure from peers andguests.In addition to interacting with our guests who range from day visitors, toconference delegates to event participants and homeowners, winter season isa time of high guest volumes where you will be required to provide excellentservice while fulfilling projects and selling many different services andproducts including Rental Equipment, Season Pass and Ticket Sales, RetailSales, Ski and Ride School Fulfillment and Sales, assisting with RentalBoot Fitting, data input/re-keying, and cleaning & tidying front andback of house areas.Your honesty & integrity are on display every day, be it talking withguests about the right activity or pass product for them, protecting ourretail inventory by being ever-alert or informing your supervisor that yourreports are not balanced.You have the guest interests at the front of your mind at all times,actively listening to the guest and then suggesting the appropriateproducts/services that will ensure a great guest experience.You believe that guest loyalty is gained from providing consistent, qualityservice & care. You are committed to do whatever it takes to find an answer."I don't know" is not in your vocabulary!You are a committed team player, jumping in to assist teammates if the lineis long, or if your skills & knowledge are needed. You know that theteam's success is greater when all members are aligned.
