We are a construction company looking for an ambitious Office Coordinator (OC). The primary roles of the OC are administrative and clerical duties, supporting finance, human resources, marketing and operations functions. The OC's role also includes assistance to the company owners, including property management work, and other ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with management to make sure day-to-day operations run smoothly and ensure the office and company procedures are being implemented.

- Serve as lead for Accounts Receivable, generating invoices, tracking expenses and reconciling the books for taxes. Assist with Accounts Payable, budgets, and forecasting. Other accounting or payroll assistance may be needed from time-to-time.

- Serve as lead for Human Resources, ensuring recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management, dismissal, and governmental obligations are being executed properly.

- Work closely with management to improve work flows, implement CRM and project management software, and lead ad hoc projects.

- Assist construction supervisors and managers as needed.

- Will supervise office personnel, delegating as necessary.

- Assist owners directly as needed, ordering, making travel and meal arrangements,

Requirements

- Must have vast experience using Quickbooks Online, 3 years minimum.

- Should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to meet tight deadlines.

- Be willing to physically work at our office, not virtually, and OK with running day errands.

- Have no have issues with pets or small children - it's a family affair here!

- Experience with project management software, inventory, purchasing and/or requisition, and Zoho products a plus!

- Passion for real estate, design, and a willingness to expand your role is a major plus!

- Excellent customer service and communications skills.
