Residential Construction Project Manager Wanted

I am looking for someone to manage Residential home Rehabs from full guts to cosmetic Rehabs. I am interested in someone joining the team who can manage people and has a strong understanding of construction and budgeting. Also interested in someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty, and is willing to work on projects whenever a job didn't get done correctly or you understand a particular trade well.

You do not need previous management experience if you understand construction and the home building or rebuilding process.

This position will be hourly unless its temporary or for individual projects.

Somewhere between 12-20an hour depending on your abilities and your strengths.

Once you understand the process and how to budget and bid projects, then the opportunity to partner and profit split will be available.

Your responsibilities will include- Viewing projects and creating a scope of work, Finding sub contractors, getting bids and creating a budget, managing contractors, making supply runs, being on site to check work and keep everything flowing. During downtime working on the project itself until we see that you can handle the full project management alone of multiple projects simultaneously, and we can give you more projects to manage. It will start off with one or two houses at a time to hone your skills and see if we can work together.
