Apartment Manager part-time

We are seeking a part-time manager for a small community where there are no other office team members.

Requirements:

Part-time schedule - Mon 9 - 4 and Wed - Fri 9 - 1

At least 2 years of apartment industry experience (student housing is a plus)

Yardi experience is a plus

Excellent Leasing and Customer Service skills

Microsoft word including Word and Excel skills

Google Drive and Scanning skills - we are going paperless as much as possible

Basic maintenance skills a plus - plunge a toilet, tighten a screw, replace a blind slat.

Social Media posting skills

Willingness to check pool chemicals with a digital device

Willingness to clean grounds - the amount of trash is very minimal each day
